    Kristen N. Hayden

    Kristen N. Hayden is a decorated scholar-athlete, media professional, and trailblazing leader in the world of diving. A two-time USA Olympic Team alternate (2021, 2024) and gold medalist at the 2022 and 2024 World Aquatics Diving World Cups, she is also a strong contender for the 2028 Olympic Games.

    A standout student, Kristen graduated from Indiana University with a 3.994 GPA and was honored as an IU Founder Scholar and NCAA Top 10 Woman of the Year finalist. She made history as the first African American woman to win a national title in USA Diving and to represent Team USA at international competitions across both Junior and Senior levels.

    Off the diving board, Kristen is a rising media talent and influencer, collaborating with brands like Adidas and CVS, and contributing to ESPN College GameDay and the Olympic Broadcast Center. She’s also a founding member of USA Diving’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, a disability advocate, and an experienced speaker and analyst.

    From coaching and mentoring athletes to her role as an Athlete Tax Liaison with the USOPC, Kristen continues to lead with purpose, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
